So, it's been a while since I've updated the site, although we did announce this on social media and via our mailing list: We are having a baby girl!

Time has flown and her arrival is now just around the corner (due date is January 7th, 2018!). A few months ago, we decided it was best to step away from the stage for many moons as we prepare to nurture this tiny starseed into existence. So, after two final shows in September--one at Truth or Consequences Brewing Co. in T or C, NM, and the other a sweet folk spiritual set at Pickamania! in Kingston, NM--we retreated into our cozy high desert home in southern New Mexico and set those preparations in motion.

It's hard to say how birthing this babe will alter our musical path, but we do plan on continuing our journey as singers and songwriters. We may start booking shows again by late spring/early summer of 2018, or we may wait until we've holed up here in our little world long enough to write and record our first album. Since we'll be needing ample time to adjust to our new rhythms as mama and papa, and because we're opening a professional recording studio at the Rock House Retreat (our home) in the near future, the latter may be more likely!
